The motorized shade works flawlessly and has completely elevated the convenience and look of the room. The installation was clean and precise, and they made sure everything was set up and working perfectly before leaving.

LNG Blinds is an excellent choice! I googled and found them and from the outset, Costas was friendly, courteous, and professional. I sent pictures and videos of my issues, he made an assessment, and we set up an appointment for him to come and make the repairs.

Costas called 2 days before to confirm the appointment, and he showed up just when he said he would and got to work. He was just as friendly in person as he was over the phone, and he took care of everything with ease and excellence.

If you need repairs, call LNG Blinds. They won’t disappoint. And when it’s time for new blinds, I’m calling them FOR SURE!!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I actually used this company about 15 years ago to install blinds throughout my first floor, and when it came time to upgrade, there was no question I would use them again.

Costas was absolutely wonderful to work with. What really stood out to me was how different this experience felt compared to typical sales interactions. Instead of just standing back or pushing a sale, he offered genuine, thoughtful advice every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about helping me make the right decisions. I truly trusted his recommendations and followed his guidance, and I am so glad I did.

He also shared insight into newer trends and options, which helped me stay on track and feel confident about my choices. On top of that, the installation process was seamless. I was expecting about a month for delivery, but everything arrived two weeks earlier than expected, which completely exceeded my expectations.

Costa was great!  He installed our blinds almost 20 years ago and was here yesterday for a repair (necessary b/c of me)) with the same professional and excellent service as he had then!
